These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of the website premiumsushi.com ("Website"), operated by LAND BLUE GASTRO d.o.o., Ulica Pavla Radića 3A, Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 24096906070, MB: 05499372, trading as Premium Sushi Pack ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
All products are food-grade luxury packaging tubes sold in boxes. Prices shown on the Website are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur between batches.
Orders are placed through our Shopify-powered checkout. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched. We accept payment methods as shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. If a shipment is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@premiumsushi.com with a clear statement of your decision. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, at the consumer's expense. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. This right does not apply to custom-printed or personalised orders.
Under EU consumer law, all goods carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, or — where those remedies are disproportionate — a price reduction or refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Website or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Premium Sushi Pack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
